Looking your best is really a matter of how you take care of yourself. You have to get good sleep, eat well, and get your exercise. But sometimes I am looking for that little extra boost, especially if I have a big event or photo shoot coming up. So these are the products that I have found to help give my skin that extra edge.  All of these are in drinkable form so they are easier to gulp down!

1. HUM Nutrition Raw Beauty Green Superfood Powder

This is a powder that you add to water, almond milk, or a smoothie. It contains almost every good-for-you thing under the sun: spirulina, wheat grass, kale, green tea, flax seed, and the list goes on and on. It also tastes surprisingly good! The flavor is mint chocolate chip so it almost feels like a dessert. I like it as an easy way to get a ton of antioxidants in one concentrated scoop.

2. Vtrue Radiance Water

This is another drink that boosts your skin to give it that extra glow. It packs a ton of antioxidants, minerals, and superfoods like acai, goji, pomegranate, etc. It is low in sugar and only 20 calories, but surprisingly delicious!

3. Juice Generation Shots

I like to take a few Juice Generation shots in the lead up to a big event or photo shoot. The ones that are great for skin are Sea Buckhorn and Le Detox. Sea Buckhorn is anti-aging. Le Detox contains cucumber which is hydrating and French green clay to detox the liver.

4. Rooibos Tea

The products above are more of a splurge for special occasions. On a daily basis, I like to drink rooibos tea for skin. Rooibos is known as a wonder for skin since it is high in antioxidants. I like this chai tea version because it complements the rooibos with other delicious flavors. I drink this one every day!

5. Decaf Green Tea

Finally, I drink a cup of this decaf green tea every day as well. Green tea is highly anti-inflammatory and helps protect the skin from aging. I like to drink decaf, though, since caffeine is inflammatory. With all of these skin boosts, you will be glowing in no time!
